A Brief Sample of the Type of Work We Do
A home ower asked for a safety rail at the top of a set of stairs. This was the solution that we designed.
As you can see in the photo of the completed project, it is almost as ornamental as it is functional.
This is a photo of a small shower with a seat (without the glass
enclosure). Notice on the left is a seat. This
design
allows elderly people (or really lazy showerers, like Paul) to have a
seat while showering. It is built with standard shower tiles
but
has a nice look to it.
This
bathroom has the vintage look. This isn't because we
were
going for that, it's because the property owner insisted we use 'used
and existing materials.' Although we don't usually recommend
"recycling" materials, we can be creative at using them and making a
bathroom look almost new (aka "vintage") while staying within a tight
budget.
This
photo was taken from a job in Alameda, California. This
portico
was completed in approximately 5 days from scratch according to owner's
sketch. The scaffolding was to complete other work to improve the front
of the building.
This is a
photo of Dean forcing Paul to jump from the roof. (But notice
the solid construction of the rafters.)
Renovations
come in all shapes and sizes. Paul and Dean are in front of
the
beginnings of a 1300 square foot 'addition' in Pinole, CA.
