Paul Estevez is a Florida state certified building contractor who has relocated his bathroom remodeling operations to Miami from Northern California. Many of his remodeling projects are referral business. Our success is largely due to satisfied customers.
Licensed Contractor with Insurance
Many of Paul’s customers, especially those who have been burned by bathroom remodelers who weren’t licensed contractors, have appreciated Paul’s professionalism and workmanship. Many bathroom remodelers in Miami are working without a contractor’s license, and the lack of quality is apparent and often needs reworking by a legitimate licensed contractor. Unfortunately, the bathroom or kitchen project may not show its flaws for a few years.

Miami also has licensed contractors who do poor quality work. Having a contractor’s license is only part of the recipe. Having a licensed contractor number painted on the side of the truck is not a guarantee that the remodeler is a licensed contractor. Paul will be glad to show you his Florida contractor’s license before signing any contract. More importantly, he’d be glad to give you his list of raving customers.
